Former AfD adviser guilty of credit fraud

Bad Oeynhausen. A former advisor to the AfD parliamentary group leader Alice Weidel has been found guilty of credit fraud by the Bad Oeynhausen district court. According to the conviction of the court, the 41-year-old Berliner presented a false transfer receipt when buying a transport trailer for luxury cars and thus swindled a loan. The defendant has to repay the loan amount of 19,000 euros in full and transfer 3,000 euros to a non-profit organization. The court also imposed a fine …
