– 4 days of immersion at Yoga Village Batignolles, Paris
-From March 23 to 26, 2023
– hours: Thursday 23 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.,
Friday 24 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Saturday 25 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.,
Sunday 26 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Planning:
-Thursday 23: practice / asana lab + adjustments / teaching advice / practice
-Friday 24: practice / advanced postures workshop / adjustment workshop / practice
-Saturday 25: practice / transitions and krama / construction of a course / sequencing workshop
– Sunday 26: practice / practice / everyone builds a piece of the course and teaches it.
These 4 very complete days will make you evolve in your practice and teaching.
This training is for you if:
-You want to deepen your knowledge of asanas and learn to practice independently.
– You are looking for a little boost to start teaching after 200 hours still fresh.
– You wish to undertake a 200h but feel the need to have a “pre-training”.

We will open a discussion circle on the profession of yoga teacher, without taboo.
The training costs 520 euros
Possibility of payment in 2 instalments: 260 euros before February 1, 260 euros before March 20.
