“Forensic Science Workshop for Children at Sharjah Children’s Reading Festival”

A crime dominated by ambiguity, the scene of which was surrounded by a fence bearing the words “crime scene … no passage”.

The children wore the “white robe” and rubber gloves, and each of them took his place in the “science” corner, to participate in an exciting workshop called “Forensic Science” within the activities of the 14th session of the Sharjah Children’s Reading Festival.

The presenter of the workshop, the medical engineer Fatima Ahmed, said: “Through the workshop, we open the way for children to live the experience of working as investigators. We set a crime scene and a set of evidence for them, and we provided them with the devices that investigators use to uncover the mystery of the crime.”
