Foreigners recorded a net buy of Rp 1.16 trillion for a week, these stocks are widely collected

KONTAN.CO.ID – JAKARTA. Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) closed lower in trading this weekend. Citing data from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) via RTI, Friday (23/7), the JCI slumped 35.85 points or 0.58% to 6,101.69.

However, within a week, the JCI still recorded an increase of 0.91%. Meanwhile, during this week, foreigners also recorded net buy of Rp 1.16 trillion in all markets.

Throughout trading on Friday, the JCI moved from the range of 6,090.60 – 6,166.30. The total volume of stock trading on the IDX reached 23.16 billion shares with a transaction value of Rp 12.38 trillion. There were 277 stocks that fell, 191 stocks that rose and 172 stocks remained unchanged.

The decline in the JCI on Friday was due to pressure from a number of sectors. Among other things, the primary consumer goods sector is 1.82%, the industrial sector is 1.00%, the infrastructure sector is 0.86% and the health sector is 0.75%.

Only three sectors strengthened, namely the non-primary consumer goods sector, the technology sector and the property and real estate sector.

However, in a week, foreign investors recorded the largest net buy in this number of shares.

Foreign notes net buy largest share in PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk (TLKM) in a week, namely Rp. 366.99 billion. TLKM shares also rose 1.28% to Rp 3,170 per share. The total trading volume of TLKM shares is 470.52 million with a transaction value of Rp 1.5 trillion.

Shares of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk (BBRI) also collected a lot of foreign this week Rp 231.02 billion. BBRI shares also rose 1.57% to Rp 3,870 per share. The total trading volume of BBRI shares reached 532.63 million with a transaction value of Rp 2.05 trillion.

Shares of PT Astra International Tbk (ASII) is also being hunted by foreigners this week for Rp. 186.36 billion. ASII’s shares rose 2.91% to Rp 4,950 per share. The total trading volume of ASII’s shares reached 162.58 million with a transaction value of Rp. 795.36 billion.

Foreign investors are also hunting for shares of PT Vale Indonesia Tbk (INCO) Rp 155.7 billion this week. INCO shares also rose 2.87% to Rp 5,375 per share. The total trading volume of INCO shares reached 94.52 million with a transaction value of Rp 503.27 billion.
