Foreigners continue to sell their properties in Bulgaria, according to the latest BNB data. The net flow of foreign investment in real estate is negative in the amount of 2.6 million euros, with a positive net flow of 0.5 million euros for January – February 2021, writes pariteni.bg.
Direct investment in the country for January – February 2022 amounted to EUR 408.1 million (0.5% of GDP 3), increasing by EUR 205.6 million (101.5%) compared to the amount in January – February 2021 (positive flow of EUR 202.5 million, 0.3% of GDP).
