Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan emphasizes Palestinian issue must be addressed before normalization with Israel

Al-Marsad Newspaper: Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan affirmed today, Thursday, that Israel normalizes the region, while he stressed that the Palestinian issue must be addressed first.

In a press conference with his American counterpart, Anthony Blinken, at the end of the meeting of the international coalition against “ISIS”, Prince Faisal bin Farhan said: “Normalization is in the interest of the region, but the Palestinian issue must be addressed first.”

For his part, Blinken said, “The United States will play a major role in expanding normalization with Israel.”

The US Secretary of State added, “We are working on Israel’s integration in the Middle East, and we have worked to deepen existing agreements.”
