Ford has confirmed that the electric pickup F-150 Lightning will also “lightning” on this side of the ocean. True, at first only in Norway and with some conditions.
From 2024, the Ford F-150 Lightning will become available to Norwegian buyers in a special Lariat Launch Edition version, which will be delivered as part of a limited series. Such a pickup is equipped only with a Super Crew Cab cabin and painted in Antimatter Blue metallic tone. Battery for only 390 kilometers (American EPA standard) – only 98 kWh, the largest 131 kWh variant is not planned.
Like the US market, the F-150 Lightning Lariat for Norway will come standard with all-wheel drive and two engines developing 337 kW (458 hp) of power and 1,051 newton meters of torque.
Interested parties will be able to apply for the F-150 Lightning Lariat at 70 Norwegian Ford support centers, which also provide adequate service not only for the aforementioned electric pickup, but also for the Mustang Mach-E and E-Transit.
The price of the Ford F-150 Lightning Lariat will start at 102,000 euros.
