However, Maverick does not want to be left behind, the body is 1371 mm long and the engineers have equipped it with a number of sophisticated storage systems. The four-door car then has a length of 5072 mm and, according to the manufacturer, it can be used perfectly by small tradesmen or craftsmen.

At first glance, this is really not a bloated style, but a real worker who is not afraid of anything. However, it cannot be said that the cabin lacks modern technology. The driver will have an eight-inch display with support for Apple CarPlay and Android Car, Wi-Fi or remote access to the car via a smartphone.

There will be no V8 engine under the hood, but the car will basically have a 2.5-liter full-hybrid four-cylinder with 191 horsepower, which will weigh 907 kilograms. A more powerful variant will be a two-liter EcoBoost with 250 horsepower, an eight-speed automatic transmission and all-wheel drive. He then tightens the trailer twice as hard.

The basic price of the car is also very friendly, and in the USA the Maverick will be sold for $ 19,995, ie almost 420,000 crowns. However, only time will tell how Maverick will succeed in the demanding American commercial vehicle market. At the moment, it is not clear whether Ford intends to offer Maverick in Europe as well.
