There are still cases of alleged kidnapping and confinement involving singer Nindy Ayunda. As the reported person, he will be summoned again by the South Jakarta Police investigators for questioning the next day.
Previously, Nindy had been reported by Rini Diana as the wife of her former driver, Sulaeman, on February 15, 2021. The case was recorded under the report number LP/904/II/YAN2.5/2021/SPKT PMJ.
Nindy Ayunda was summoned tomorrow after news from the General Crime Unit (Krimum) of the South Jakarta Police AKP Rifaizal. He stated that the examination of the artist would be rescheduled.

“Next week, they will be called back,” said Rifaizal when he was met some time ago.
Last week Nindy did not comply with the summons from the police. According to Fahmi Bachmid as Rini Diana’s attorney, she hoped that Nindy Ayunda would attend and if not, the police should have been able to forcefully pick her up.
“Last Friday (8/7) he (Nindy Ayunda) for the umpteenth time did not comply with the investigator’s summons, if I’m not mistaken he has been absent three times. If he doesn’t come again, the police must pick him up by force,” said Fahmi on Sunday (11/7/2022). ).
Talking about the direct or indirect detention of Nindy, Fahmi himself was reluctant to make assumptions. He left everything to the authorities.
“This matter (detention) is the authority of investigators. We really believe that the police will handle this legal case professionally,” he said.
In addition, the South Jakarta Police Chief Kombes Pol Budhi Herdi Susianti and his staff have applied for a ban against Nindy.

On Monday (5/7/2022), investigators also examined a number of witnesses in the kidnapping and confinement case allegedly committed by Nindy Ayunda. Among them are Sulaiman, who is suspected of being a victim of captivity and his wife, Rini Diana, who has also submitted a report of his accusations to Nindy.
Nindy Ayunda has also spoken about the case reported by Rini Diana. He was confused as to why there was such a report.
“Last year the media was still there, Solomon said that he had never done anything wrong, maybe he didn’t go home, but it was explained to his wife, if he didn’t go home, then suddenly it appeared again,” explained Dwi Yoss.
With the resumption of the alleged confinement case, Nindy Ayunda’s attorney is worried that there will be a third axis.
“What we are worried about is that there is a third axis that has no interest here,” said Dwi Yoss.
“So this is confusing when the statement used to say it never existed, he just said at home, suddenly it’s on again, so we ourselves are confused,” he continued.
