Moch Suchi Azal Tsani (MSAT) alias Mas Bechi (42) suspect in the case of sexual abuse of female students at the Islamic boarding school Siddiqiyyah Jombang has surrendered and is being held at the Medaeng Rutan. It is known that the victims had exposed the suspect’s depraved behavior two years ago.
The confession was conveyed by two victims in an interview CNNIndonesia TV in March 2020. At least two victims dared to reveal the suspect’s depraved behavior.
The first is victim 1. Victim 1 admitted that the rape incident occurred in 2017. She felt sad because her intention to study had to end in sexual violence.
“The incident keeps repeating itself. I feel sad for the school I’ve always wanted, the intention to seek knowledge from afar has come. It turns out that until there it was treated like that,” said victim 1 in an interview with CNNIndonesia TV that aired on March 2, 2020.
“I have a feeling of disapproval, O Allah, make a way, O Allah,” he said.
This incident occurred in 2017. At that time, the suspect claimed to have metafactual knowledge which he claimed could not be explained by reason. Under the pretext of metafactual knowledge, the suspect forced victim 1 to continue to take off his clothes even though he had been repeatedly refused.
“In this activity, they use the science of metafacts, they use the term. Metafacts, they say, cannot be explained using reason. So I have to take off my clothes,” he said.
Even though he had been repeatedly refused, the suspect was finally able to take off the victim’s clothes and carry out his depraved act. This depraved act happened twice. Feeling very depressed, the victim finally reported the chronology of the incident to the head of the pesantren.
The pesantren leadership turned out to be Mas Bechi’s confidant. Instead of getting protection, the chronology that was handed over to the leadership of the pesantren was spread across messaging application groups. Victims also get pressure and threats for this.
Furthermore, there are 2 victims who helped reveal the story. Victim 2 initially admitted to having an affair with Mas Bechi. Their relationship lasted for almost five years. In 2012, when she was just 15 years old, she admitted to being molested for the first time.
Four years later, when the victim was about to break away from Mas Bechi, he was threatened and beaten by the perpetrator. The victim continues to be coerced.
“At first I was forced to open it, everything was told to open. I said I didn’t want to, he said it was okay, knowing that I started crying. Then after that I asked for a break up, it couldn’t take too long, I wanted it or not it continues in the end,” said victim 2.
“He likes to bring his family around and he keeps saying as if he has knowledge. Until two hands grabbed him and said ‘Jenenge wong your old man, it’s not tight, it’s okay, I forgot what he said, the point is it’s like when he squeezes it. It’s ruined,” he continued.
The victim then admitted that he was forced to obey Mas Bechi’s lust. He was invited to sleep in a hotel, then MSAT asked him to have sex with the three of them.threesome‘. The victim refused. But Mas Bechi immediately threatened victim 2.
“He said, ‘Koen yo, come on, don’t you want to be, don’t you want to be rude, that’s it.’
After the incident, the victim tried to find shelter. Victim 2 fell in love with one of the students at the boarding school. He then asked the student for help to help him escape from Mas Bechi.
Unfortunately, his efforts were discovered by Mas Bechi. He admitted that he was forcibly picked up by Mas Bechi’s men and taken to a place called Puri. In Puri, Mas Bechi beat the victim.
“I was dragged inside and I was kicked and beaten again, until I was in Cokro, there were so many windows that I almost wanted to fall down but was restrained by him. I almost fell out of the window twice. After that, I was told to take off my clothes. ,” he said.
He admitted that he refused when asked to take off his clothes, but Mas Bechi insisted.
“He brought the trash can in his hand already on top of this. He immediately threw it into the trash can,” he said. What’s worse, after being beaten, victim 2 was raped.
Victim 2 then managed to escape from Puri. He then went away from the pesantren. Victim 2 hopes that Mas Bechi will be tried with the maximum sentence.
“I do not accept the immoral acts that Mas Bechi has done to me and my friends, and I want Mas Bechi to be punished as severely as possible in accordance with the punishment of the Indonesian state,” he said.
Mas Bechi’s rebuttal
Previously, Mas Bechi considered that the accusation of sexual abuse was inappropriate. “Moreover, I was accused of being wrong, until it was inappropriate, then from the summons they spread it to the media. Even though they never met me, how come it’s funny,” he added.
Mas Bechi also mentioned that he is not a fugitive from the police. Mas Bechi admitted that he was still doing his usual activities at his residence and was not afraid because he was innocent.
He also said he had not committed a crime. Mas Bechi admitted that he was surprised that he was suddenly sued.
“The person (me) is not a fugitive, the person is still at home, at his house. It doesn’t make sense. I remind the police, from the center to the regions, especially the Jombang Police, I will never back down, I will not I’ve never backed down an inch because I’m not a terrorist. I’m not a security troublemaker, I’m not a criminal. Mas Bechi Surrender
After going through such a long drama. DPO molestation Mas Bechi surrendered. He will be handed over to the East Java Attorney General’s Office this morning.
“For the submission of the plan tomorrow morning (this morning). Now it is still being deposited (at the Medaeng Rutan). The delivery plan is after we release it at 10:00 WIB,” said Head of Public Relations of the East Java Police Kombes Dirmanto as reported by detikJatim, Friday (8/7/2022) .’
Dirmanto said that his party had also checked Mas Bechi’s fingerprints. The police have confirmed that the person concerned is indeed a DP named Moch Subchi Azal Tsani (MSAT).
“We have carried out a series of identifications, making sure that the person in question is really MSA. Then we have a health check, after that we take him to the Medaeng detention center,” he said.
Dirmanto said Mas Bechi arrived at the Medaeng Rutan early this morning at around 01.55 WIB. When he arrived in Medaeng he wore a beanie hat and a fairly thick jacket.
In the video obtained detikJatim he entered the detention center escorted by a number of police officers. The way he walked seemed limp while carrying a bag in his hand and a bottle of mineral water.
