Synergetic, a Russian manufacturer of ecological detergents and cosmetics, has acquired a 49% stake in the 4fresh natural cosmetics and food marketplace. Synergetic received its stake in the main legal entity of the 4Fresh LLC marketplace on December 1, 2022. This was reported Forbes with reference to SPARK-Interfax data.

The amount of the transaction is unknown. Synergetic and 4fresh declined to comment on it. According to experts, it could range from 100 million to 450 million rubles. According to experts, the deal will allow Synergetic to increase sales and reduce commissions for selling goods on 4fresh.

Previously, 100% 4fresh was owned by its co-founder Anton Kozlov. The marketplace has been operating since 2010. At first, natural cosmetics were sold there, in 2015 food products and household chemicals were added to the assortment.
