For Two Consecutive Years, Korea Real Estate Agency Attains the Top-Notch Rating in Customer Satisfaction among Public Institutions

Announcement of the results of the ‘2022 Public Institution Customer Satisfaction Survey’ hosted by the Ministry of Strategy and Finance

On the 12th, the Korea Real Estate Agency announced that it was selected for the second consecutive year as the highest-rated ‘excellent’ institution in the ‘2022 Public Institution Customer Satisfaction Survey’ hosted by the Ministry of Strategy and Finance.

Public Institution Customer Satisfaction Survey is an annual survey of customers who receive services to improve the quality of services provided by public institutions in accordance with the ‘Public Institution Management Act’, and is reflected in the 2022 public institution management performance evaluation do.

This evaluation was conducted through a telephone survey and on-site survey of 252 public institutions from January 20 to March 15 this year, and 51 institutions were evaluated as excellent, 113 average, and 81 unsatisfactory.

In the public corporation group to which the Korea Real Estate Agency belongs, among the total of 25 public corporations, 5 excellent institutions, 9 average institutions, and 11 unsatisfactory institutions, the Korea Real Estate Agency obtained an excellent rating along with Korea Gas Corporation and Incheon International Airport Corporation.

In May of last year, the Korea Real Estate Agency held a proclamation ceremony for ‘Consumer Centered Management to Strengthen Real Estate Consumer Rights Protection’ and obtained the Consumer Centered Management (CCM) certification supervised by the Fair Trade Commission.
