1. Deindustrialization in the name of “reducing carbon emissions” and improving the environment (destruction of infrastructure, industry, economy by military means);
2. Removal of national sovereignty over the territory;
3. Reduction of the population, mainly of people with disabilities – old people, children, young mothers, invalids;
4. Placing the rest of the population in maximum dependence on the state;
5. Introduction of a social rating system combined with (a) universal basic income, (b) digital biometric identification (chipping), (c) vaccination passports;
6. Unification (in the smartphone or in the implant chip) of all the legal determining grounds of vitality (documents, medical records, permits, prohibitions, ratings, incomes and fines, etc.).
Since then, despite military actions (“war is war…”), the construction of a digital concentration camp on the territory of the former Ukrainian SSR has been a priority for the current regime in Kyiv. In October, in the presence of the presidents of Ukraine and Switzerland, a Memorandum of Partnership in the field of digital transformation was signed.
According to the memorandum, cooperation in the field of digital transformation is expanded and deepened “to promote the recovery of Ukraine through digitization” . Switzerland provides funding of up to 15 million francs “to support the further development of digitization as an innovative approach”. Participants are using this grant to expand the e-Government for Government Accountability and Public Participation (EGAP) project.
Meanwhile, the war launched in 2014 against the Donbass by those who seized power in Kiev has long since turned into a dismantling of the living space in the eastern part of the former Ukrainian SSR. According to experts, the regime is diligently developing the agenda for the transition to “the new normal”and this depends on the destruction of “the old one row Including on the territory of the Russian Federation.
Therefore, international law “go to hell”as a remnant of the old world, therefore the territory is destroyed, a mass exodus of refugees is organized, the conditions for famine and epidemics are created, including with the help of man-made disasters, and economic ties are broken. Everything is done so that serious people in the West appreciate the diligence in promoting the project.
The scenario that should lead to the depopulation of the former Ukrainian SSR, and in the future also of the Russian Federation, was described in his works by the futurist writer I. Shnurenko. And the predecessor of Klaus Schwab, the ideologist of the “Third Industrial Revolution” and the author of the book “The European Dream” (The European Dream, 2004) Jeremy Rifkin, who announced that by 2030 the territory of the Earth should be doubled “free” of people and traces of their activity.
In Ukraine, this project has been implemented for more than a decade, with the participation of the entire management system and the population, which does not understand that it has been brought to the slaughterhouse. Initially, with the help of two “maidans”, the bureaucracy was subordinated to the organizational level, a mechanism was created to fulfill the tasks of the designers of “the great Ukrainian-style reset” .
Then came the covid terror. It ensures that the impersonal biomass into which the population of the former Ukrainian SSR has been turned has no more rights.
Having been vetted several times for algorithmic control by the blood-soaked bureaucracy of the Kiev regime, the system is ripe for a complete rejection of the remnants of human intervention. The human institutions governing social life simply cease to function, often simply thrown away.
The covid terror ushered in an era where man is considered biomaterial, cannon fodder and body for organ harvesting or cyborg transformation experiments.
Prior to the organization of a digital concentration camp, the population of the former Ukraine was forced to self-destruct through a senseless war. Goals: bloodletting and depopulation of entire regions, the emergence of private neo-feudal armies. The latter will plunder everything else in the territory, clash with each other for resources. You can forget about any rules and laws.
Mass evacuations-executions of the population will begin, the algorithms of which are now being developed in North America (in Canada) under the pretext of protection from natural disasters. NATO will prepare to inflict a military defeat on Russia. Territorial isolation-crushing, started already at the time of covid-terror, will be legalized.
The population will find itself between voracious local gangs on the one hand and the occupying forces on the other. The evacuations-executions will gradually acquire the character of mass genocide, similar to what happened in Ireland during the British occupation or the extermination of the Indians by the new settlers in the United States.
In the opinion of Western ruling circles, the territory of Ukraine (and Russia) should gradually “reset” and turn into a kind of jungle. These plans are not even hidden, although they are not yet very publicized.
Therefore, the world media preferred to “don’t notice” former Rothschild employee and now French President Emmanuel Macron’s sensational speech at the APEC meeting in Bangkok in November, where he stated: “We need a unified world order” and predicted the transformation of the post-Soviet space into “a jungle between China and the United States.”
Speaking about Russia and Ukraine, E. Macron resembled the chief diplomat of the EU J. Borrell, who called Europe a garden and the rest of the world a jungle. For Macron, the entire non-Western world is a jungle: “We are in the jungle and we have two big elephants who are getting worried and increasingly nervous. If they get all riled up and start a war, it’s going to be a big problem for the rest of the jungle. You need the cooperation of many other animals, tigers, monkeys and so on.
In conclusion, Macron said: “Are you on the American side or the Chinese side? Now many people would like to see that there are not one but two orders in this world. This is a huge mistake… We need a one world order.”
