Okaz’s sources reveal that the suspension of benefits for all employees occurred after observations by the Ministry of Health that there were 382 employees who received allowances illegally, as the benefits ranged between 1150 and 400 thousand riyals, so much so that “Taif Health” at that time took the initiative to deny the violations and confirm the validity of the exchange.
Employees were surprised by the suspension of benefits for everyone, as long as the procedures adopted by “Taif Health” for the disbursement are correct and there are no violations. They demanded prompt return of checks to those who are truly entitled to them, instead of taking them away from everyone. This is reflected in their status and financial obligations in banks, with their parity with employees from other regions to whom these benefits are paid.
