Today, Sunday, February 12, 2023, Counselor Hamada El-Sawy, the Public Prosecutor, entrusted Dalia Mahmoud, the Deputy Public Prosecutor, to represent the Public Prosecution in her case before the Criminal Court, as she is the first woman in Egypt, and the first female member of the Public Prosecution Office to represent the social body in the place of prosecution for the first time. The first in the history of the Egyptian judiciary, an affirmation by the Public Prosecutor of the need to involve female members of the Public Prosecution Office in all judicial work, just like their fellow members.

The representative of the Public Prosecutor delivered the case today in the case of the Public Prosecution – No. 16076 of 2022 Felonies of the Kerdasa Center – in which she presented an accused of premeditated murder of a lawyer in Kerdasa, Giza, with an automatic rifle. – Sincerity to God Almighty – and to the souls whom Satan has seduced, such as the accused, whose Satan misled him until he killed the soul that God forbids to kill except with justice, outside the policy of religion and law, deserving of a punishment of the same kind as his work.

It also confirmed the appearance of the Public Prosecution in that case in defense of the legal profession, for which the victim’s blood was spilled, which is an integral part of the structure of justice, and derives its highness from the nobility of its purpose, which is the defense of rights and freedoms.

The Deputy Public Prosecutor explained the facts of the case, including its details, including the elements of the crime and its aggravating circumstances, and reviewed its evidence, the extent of its support and its significance in terms of proving the crime and the validity of its attribution to the accused. His devil tempts him to commit such a crime, stressing that the Public Prosecution in the place of prosecution is the guardian of the blood of the murdered, and that retribution from the accused in this case reassures society and those in charge of justice in Egypt, by extracting criminals from among the fabric of society, upholding the word of truth and justice.

The representative of the Public Prosecutor concluded her pleading by referring to the honor of her appearance in the place of the prosecution, as she is the first woman in Egypt and the first female member of the Public Prosecution Office to stand in this solemn place with the sacred altar of justice, appealing to the court by saying the truth, justice, may His Majesty be exalted, “And We decreed for them in it that life is for life.”

It is worth noting that the Statement and Pleading Department in the Office of the Public Prosecutor is carrying out his assignments to supervise the preparation of female members of the Public Prosecution for more pleadings, which they will deliver in criminal courts during the coming period.
