The clip was created in cooperation with the Baltic Dancers talent agency, which aims to guide Latvian dancers beyond the country’s borders. The creator of “Baltic Dancers”, choreographer Rolands Meržejevskis admits: “In Latvia, the opportunities for growth and also profit for dancers are often quite limited, but our talents are considerable also against the background of Europe and even the world! Our goal is to make these stars shine brighter so that they are noticed! ” Rolands does not hide that the video is designed as a business card or application for foreign talent agencies and the entertainment industry – for shows: “This is just the beginning!”, Says Rolands.
The dynamic style and music of the video break down any boundaries between dance styles and represent their versatility – classical and Latvian stage dance can also be taught in a less common way.
Talents such as young ballet soloist Annija Kopštāle, Megija Dana Morīte, Maija Sukute, Kristaps Vanags, Reinis Rešetins, Dāniela Bāra, Patrīcija Hanna Mūrniece, Madlēna Valdberga, Beāte Riekstiņa (“KARMA” dancer), Sintija Stalgettos (“Sininti Stalgettos”) ), Rolands Meržejevskis, Samanta Smoktija and others.
