Parral.- The Public Prosecutor’s Office of the South Zone District Prosecutor’s Office resolved a case for the crime of animal abuse, through a reparation agreement in which the defendant promised to pay the reparation for the damage and donate 10 packages of pet food (croquettes ) to an association dedicated to the care of animals.
The social representation proceeded criminally against José Alonso PH, for events recorded on May 15, 2022, when he attacked a pit bull dog with a knife, on September 27th street in the Emiliano Zapata neighborhood, in Parral city,
During the hearing before the Control Judge, both the defendant and the owner of the pet agreed to end the criminal process through the aforementioned alternate exit with the approval of the court.
