The highly anticipated sequel “Kerbal Space Program 2” launched in early access in February of this year, but over the weekend Private Division updated its Steam page.renewannounced the first major content update for this game, “For Science!” It has been revealed that implementation is scheduled for December 2023.
“For Science!” includes a new mode “Exploration” where you can collect science and unlock new technologies by exploring the entire Kerbolar star system, as well as science collection parts and collection/transmission interfaces that help you collect science, and a technology tree. Research/Development Center that unlocks new categories for Dr. Keri Kerman, who brings quests of increasing difficulty, from learning basic rocketry to attempting to build and pilot entirely new types of vehicles, and Atmospheric Reentry. It features elements such as full-scale heat countermeasures that are sometimes necessary, strengthened joints to improve the rocket’s wobbling, and numerous QoL improvements.
