For its next edition, the Salon Vins & Terroirs celebrates spring from March 11 to 13

With an exceptional satisfaction rate of 97% during its previous edition, the Salon Vins & Terroirs is back in force with 150 winegrowers and gastronomy producers. Promise of a unique sensory escapade, this new edition will seduce initiates, epicureans and amateurs thanks to the richness and diversity of the vineyards and producers of our regions.

A direct and privileged consumer-producer relationship

Going to meet the winegrowers who have come to pass on their passion and express their know-how, to gather expert advice, to build up or enrich their cellars, the show is the opportunity to take advantage of a consumer-producer relationship without an intermediary and benefit from “direct producer price”.

This year, the show is marked by the increased presence of winegrowers in organic or organic conversion but also producers certified High Environmental Value (HVE).

Place of all expressions of the table, the show also puts gastronomy in the spotlight by offering to taste specialties and traditions of our regions or to discover new exceptional products… each stand is a tasty stopover.

For this new edition, the show is expanding its regional range with the presence of top-of-the-range gourmet stands (caviar, foie gras, vanilla from Madagascar, etc.) as well as new small producers (cheeses, olive oil, black pork from Bigorre, fresh meat from the farm…). Reflecting all the trends and all the tastes, the show also hosts one of the latest trends, the NoLo, which advocates alcohol-free or low-alcohol products.

Oenology courses in the form of tasting workshops

To expand your knowledge, perfect your palate or simply get advice, one-hour tasting workshops are scheduled every day, in collaboration with Art of Wines. Registration is done at the tasting area. In the program :

  • Tasting initiations for beginners wishing to master the codes and basics of oenological tasting. This session addresses the visual, olfactory and taste analysis through 3 wines.
  • Masterclasses intended for more advanced tasters wishing to discover the typicity of the grape varieties present in the French appellations through 4 single-varietal wines.

During these three days, visitors will be invited to take part, at the show’s game terminals, in the great Vins & Terroirs 2022 competition to try to win numerous prizes, in particular a dinner for two with a renowned Chef from Toulouse, Pierre Lambinon. Fine mouth and varied flavors are the hallmarks of the two-starred restaurant Le Py-R.

Pleasure of the senses, art of living and conviviality, the Salon Vins & Terroirs of Toulouse combines all the talents of our regions to delight the taste buds and pupils of young and old gourmets!
