We do not use fancy seasonings, special techniques, or agricultural tools.

Please take your time. Feeling light. Broke your leg. Lala green is sprouting on the hill.

It may have been so delicious that it competed for first and second place among all the pumpkin cakes I’ve ever made!

It’s similar to Basque-style sweet potato cake, but I made it easier and richer by not using any flour and using vanilla ice cream instead of fresh cream.

The moisture content is just barely enough to solidify, so it’s rich and creamy, with a bit of a pumpkin pudding feel. The egg yolk coating on top is so fragrant that you won’t believe it was made in the microwave and toaster! Taste it. I said it for the first time.

When it’s freshly baked, it’s so fluffy and soft that it looks like it’s going to fall apart, but if you chill it in the fridge, it will firm up and become really delicious.

It takes some time, but it’s easy, so if you’d like, try it on the winter solstice.

Materials (1 16.5 cm square, 700 ml ziplock container)

・Pumpkin…approximately 1/4 (250-300g after removing seeds and pulp)

・Butter or margarine…about 10g. It didn’t taste good when I removed it!

・Sugar…about 1 tablespoon (+ appropriate amount)

・Egg…1

・Vanilla ice cream (super cup)…200ml

① Cut the pumpkin into 4cm cubes, place in a heat-resistant container (Ziploc bag for final use), pour 4 tablespoons of water (not listed), place the lid on it diagonally or wrap it loosely, and microwave (600W) for about 6 minutes. Minute chin. Drain the water, and when it’s hot to the touch, remove the skin and mash it.

It’s very hot, so once you’ve cooled down and removed the skin, weigh out 250-300g.

② Add butter and sugar and mix. Break the eggs into a separate container, take out 1-2 tablespoons of the egg yolk (don’t worry if it mixes with the egg white), and mix the rest into the batter. Remove the lid and heat the ice cream for about 40 seconds to melt and mix.

The mixture will be a bit shaggy at first, but if you mix it well it will thicken.

③ Pour into a mold lined with ovenproof paper, tap the bottom to remove air, and microwave (600W) for 5 minutes without wrapping.

★It’s okay if there is still some raw dough on the surface. I’ll continue baking after this.

④ Once the heat has subsided, take out the entire sheet and transfer it to aluminum foil, stand it up around the edges and tear off the sheet that sticks out. Brush the surface with the egg yolk (or rather, just mix it with the raw batter on the surface and pop it on), sprinkle with an appropriate amount of sugar, and bake in the toaster for 5 to 10 minutes until browned.

Place it on it to cover the hole.

★It depends on the toaster, so check on it after about 3 minutes. Basically, it’s cooked in the microwave, so as long as the surface gets burnt, it’s OK!

★Of course, it may take more than 10 minutes, so please check the condition rather than the length.

⑤ Once the heat has cooled down, chill the entire mold in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours and it’s done! !

★If you don’t have a toaster or would like to use milk instead of vanilla ice cream, we recommend this cake!

I really recommend this. I received a lot of compliments during the photo shoot. This sesame dressing, pork belly, and pumpkin go so well together, I highly recommend you make it! !
