The Livestock Products Quality Evaluation Institute (President Byung-Hong Park, hereinafter referred to as Chukpyeongwon) has been rated ‘Excellent’ for 4 consecutive years in the ‘2022 Public Institution Customer Satisfaction Survey’ hosted by the Ministry of Strategy and Finance.

The Public Institution Customer Satisfaction Survey is an annual survey of citizens who have received services from institutions, and aims to improve the service quality of public institutions.

In this survey, in which a total of 252 public institutions participated, Chukpyeongwon scored 94.7 points and achieved ‘satisfaction (S)’ in all evaluation items compared to the target value. This score is 7.1 points higher than the average of all public institutions of 87.6 points. By subcategory, ‘social responsibility’ recorded the highest score with 95.3 points, followed by ‘service quality’ and ‘overall customer satisfaction’ with 95.2 points and 95.1 points, respectively.

In particular, Chukpyeongwon has been selected as an excellent institution for the fourth consecutive year by continuously providing excellent services to customers. Among the total of 252 public institutions, there are only four public institutions that have been selected as excellent for four consecutive years: Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency, Korea Trade Insurance Corporation, and Korea Venture Investment, including Chukpyeongwon.

Chukpyeongwon has been striving to improve customer satisfaction through service innovation that customers can experience last year.

Representatively, △Establishment and operation of ‘Livestock One Pass’ so that various distribution documents required for livestock trade can be integrated and used △Strengthening farmhouse competitiveness with customized consulting ‘KAPE-TI’ for each type of Korean cattle farm △Launching of ‘Low Carbon Certified Beef’ It was analyzed that the performance such as establishing a foundation for a sustainable livestock farming environment was highly evaluated.
