He also advised the necessity of maintaining a good diet rich in dietary fiber that helps control sugar levels in the body, drinking plenty of water by approximately 3 liters a day, and exercising for up to an hour a day, even if it is walking, as it is the best exercise one can do. It is practiced by diabetic patients.
