One example is athlete . Many people think that the only thing that matters to athletes is training. In fact, sleep also plays a big role in the performance of an athlete! “Sleep is a part of training *(Embed “training”)*, so if we train hard, eating is good, one of the recovery or rest is to sleep, “said Soraya.

“Anyway, if you have enough rest, especially if you are supported by training, you are mentally and physically strong too, surely the performance (athletes) will be really good,” said Soraya. Sleep is no less important than training and goals!
