The purpose Two luminaries of the medical world have written a short and powerful book. They propose remedies for the ills facing medicine, the French and Social Security. Concerned, among other things, about excessive financialization (on the part of pharmaceutical laboratories) and problematic commercialization (on the part of excess fees), they highlight an emphasis placed too much on accounting and less on health.
