Mr. Mokrohs, HSV did not make it to the 1st Bundesliga again last season. Have you already digested the shock? I wouldn’t necessarily call it a shock, rather a disappointment. Of course, the missed promotion hurts a lot, because playing at the top of the league is simply one of our ambitions. Another year in the second division is also a setback financially. In the club, however, the disappointment quickly subsided and turned into motivation. A challenging and certainly not only very attractive league awaits us – with games against Schalke, Bremen, Rostock, Dresden and of course FC St. Pauli. Therefore, a positive mood and anticipation is growing – by the way, also on the part of existing or potential sponsors who are looking forward to this exciting league.
