In addition to Atakan Karazor, other professionals have also been accused of rape – and in some cases even convicted.
► Kathryn Mayorga Wharf Cristiano Ronaldo (37) alleged that she sexually abused her in Las Vegas in 2009. After an out-of-court settlement in 2010, Mayorga renewed her allegations in 2018. The lawsuit was finally dismissed on Saturday. After 13 years!
► Robinho (38) was sentenced to nine years in prison in Italy in 2017 for a gang rape in 2013. Brazil refuses to extradite their ex-international.
► France World Champion Benjamin Mendy (27/Man City) is currently facing eight cases in court. The verdict is still pending.
