Prague – Football player Ondřej Lingr returned to Slavia after a year at Feyenoord Rotterdam. The 25-year-old representative signed a contract with Prague until June 2028. The Czech vice-champion of the offensive all-rounder presented today’s third reinforcement after Simion Micheč and Vladimir Perišič, stating on his website that he will pay 2.2 million euros (55 million crowns) for the player.

Lingr headed to Feyenoord last summer on loan with an option. However, he did not establish himself in the Dutch club even after the arrival of Danish coach Brian Priske, who joined the team from Rotterdam before the season from Sparta.
“There was an opportunity to acquire Ondra under very acceptable financial conditions. We did not hesitate, we believe that he will build on the excellent performances he performed in our jersey,” said Slavia’s sports director Jiří Bílek.
Lingr is a pupil of Karviná, from where he transferred to Slavia in the summer of 2020. With her during the first season, he won a double for winning the league and the domestic cup, and also reached the quarter-finals of the Europa League. A year later, he repeated the same success with the Vršovice team in the Conference League, and in the 2022/23 season, he again triumphed in the domestic cup. He then transferred to the Netherlands.
In the first season for Feyenoord, he played in 20 league games and scored three goals. He also appeared in the Champions League. With Feyenoord, he succeeded in the Dutch Cup and at the beginning of this season also in the local Super Cup, in which he intervened from the bench. But he spent the opening three rounds of the Eredivisie among the substitutes.
“My goal is to become an important member of the team again, as it was before I left. But the goals of Slavia are much more important to me. It comes first. I will do everything the same as it was before I left and to help the team in any situation. Whether it’s on the field or off it. I’d really like to bring the league trophy back to Eden and help Slavia to the title and the best results in the Europa League,” said Lingr.
From 2022, he plays for the representative A-team, in June he also appeared with it at the European Championship in Germany. In the nomination of coach Ivan Haška, there is no shortage of players for the upcoming League of Nations matches in Georgia and at home with Ukraine.
Slavia brought midfielder Michez for more than 55 million crowns
Slavia footballers were also strengthened by midfielder Simion Michez from Beerschot, Belgium. Praguers on their own website they also published the transfer fee, they paid 2.2 million euros (over 55 million crowns) for the twenty-two-year-old player. In Eden, he signed a contract until 2028. For the same period, forward Vladimir Perišič, who came from Buducna Podgorica, signed for the Vršovice team. The 20-year-old representative of Montenegro will start his career in Slavia in the second league B-team.
“Many clubs were interested in Simion, the negotiations were long, difficult, but fair. We are bringing in a young player, we hope he will increase the competition on the right side of the field. At the beginning of the season he showed that he can be productive, moreover in his first season in the highest Belgian competition We hope for a similar story that Malick Diouf is writing here,” said Slavia sports director Jiří Bílek. Nineteen-year-old Diouf is currently the top scorer of the Vršovice team in the league season with three goals.
Michez was born in Belgium and went through the youth selections there, but currently defends the colors of Cameroon. “I’m very happy, maybe even mentally set. I’m not afraid of anything and I’m looking for the highest level I can reach. For me it’s a great step. I’m grateful for it and I can’t wait to start playing with new teammates and in front of great fans I saw (the match in the Europa League with) Lille in person. It gave me the desire to start playing here. My ambition is to win everything I can,” said Michez.
Slavia also brought Perišič alongside him today. “Vladimir is a very talented player who can play in several positions in the offensive. He has had a great season, which he continued in the preliminaries of the Conference League. In addition, at the age of twenty, he is currently called up for the first time for the representative meeting of the A-team of Montenegro. He will start in For the B-team to adapt, it is a great promise for the future,” Bílek said.
