Bitter afternoon for the Holzgerlingen Twister. The 20:56 against the Pforzheim Wilddogs was not only the second highest smack of the season. It also sealed relegation from the Football Regionalliga.

“The first half was complete for us, we totally slept through the first quarter,” Kevin Selje shook his head. “The break was just right for us, in the second half we got at least a bit into the game,” summarized the head coach of the Holzgerlingen Twister. All this was not enough to counter the regional football league champions Pforzheim Wilddogs. The 20:56 home defeat finally blew the hurricanes down into the upper league, relegation is fixed.
