One of the best new features is the introduction of women’s football. For the first time, you can not only manage men’s teams as coaches. All teams are integrated into the same ecosystem. So you don’t have to choose men’s or women’s football at the start of your game and then stick with this choice, but you can switch between the two at any time during the course of your virtual coaching career.
The introduction of women’s teams in Football Manager 25 has led to developer Sports Interactive deciding that the body weight of the players no longer plays a role. The fluctuation of body types has been addressed, especially in women’s football, and the weight of a kicker is no longer included in the personal information. In Football Manager, this has always been a fixed value that has never changed.
Another innovation in Football Manager 25: For the first time, the English Premier League is fully licensed with official logos, jerseys, branding and player photos. In addition, the Unity engine now works in the background, which ensures better graphics.
Football Manager 25 Mobile is released for iOS and Android, but you can’t just buy and download it from the App Store or Google Play Store. Football Manager 24 Mobile is already reserved for Netflix subscribers and the successor will be the same. Good news for everyone who played the predecessor and still installed it on their mobile device: you can simply update to the new version as soon as it is released at the end of November.
