In today’s home game against Bayer Leverkusen, coach Christian Streich’s team is aiming for their fourth competitive win in a row. Captain Christian Günter will miss against Leverkusen. The left-back has to serve a yellow card suspension. This ends Günter’s series of 134 Bundesliga starts in a row, and there were even 153 in all competitive games. Streich left it open who will replace the top performer.
