Freiburg (dpa) – In the opinion of coach Christian Streich, the atmosphere on the Betzenberg should be one of the biggest challenges for SC Freiburg in the DFB Cup game at 1. FC Kaiserslautern. “They want to create a real surprise and throw us out, every fan will take part in that,” said the coach of the Bundesliga soccer club two days before the first round game in the second division promoted on Sunday (3:31 p.m. / Sky). “We have to stay cool, but we mustn’t be hypothermic.”
In terms of personnel, things are looking good for Freiburg before the start of the competitive game.
