Football – Frankfurt am Main – Bayern and Eintracht, each with changes in the starting XI – Sport

Frankfurt / Main (AP) – With the returnees Jamal Musiala and Kingsley Coman, league leaders FC Bayern Munich are playing the Bundesliga game at Eintracht Frankfurt. Musiala, who was last absent due to a corona infection, will replace Thomas Müller, who is infected with the virus, in the game this Saturday (6:30 p.m. / Sky). Coman, who has recovered from a calf injury, replaces Leroy Sané in the starting XI, who Bayern coach Julian Nagelsmann made two other changes from last week’s 4-1 win against Greuther Fürth. Niklas Süle starts in defense instead of Omar Richards, in midfield Serge Gnabry replaces the injured Corentin Tolisso.

“We had a few issues that meant that one or the other game was not so sovereign,” Nagelsmann said shortly before the game on Sky.

Eintracht coach Oliver Glasner also jumped to four positions after the recent 0-1 draw in Cologne. Instead of Kristijan Jakic (suspended), Sebastian Rode (injured) as well as Timothy Chandler and Rafael Borré, Ajdin Hrustic, Danny da Costa, Christopher Lenz and Ansgar Knauff are used from the start.
