Rosenborg has had to do without Vegar Eggen Hedenstad the last four games. Now the back is back from injury.
Vegar Eggen Hedenstad confirms that he is back from injury and ready for play again for the meeting with Aalesund on Sunday.
The Rosenborg defender has struggled with a leg injury in recent weeks, and Erlend Dahl Reitan has filled the role of right back.
– It’s going well with me and my leg. I am back and ready for battle, Hedenstad told Nettavisen on Friday morning.
The news comes at a convenient time for Rosenborg, who this week sold substitute left-back Anders Trondsen to Turkish Trabzonspor.

Hedenstad has in recent years mostly played right-back, but has extensive experience as a left-back both in Stabæk and in several clubs in Germany.
Rosenborg has in recent months been connected to several left-backs, among others the Swedes Adam Andersson and Jonathan Augustinsson, who plays for Häcken and Djurgården respectively.
Trønders must manage without Per Ciljan Skjelbred in the next few weeks, after the 33-year-old who returned home suffered a strain on the back of the thigh in the 5-1 victory against Sarpsborg 08 on Sunday.
