Djurgården started with a win (4–1 against IFK Göteborg) and Häcken started with a loss (0–1 against Mjälllby).
During Monday’s match at the Tele2 arena, however, the Hisingslagen looked to be heading for a sure three-pointer – but then Djurgården stood for a crazy pick-up.
– We show evidence of incredible morality. That characterizes Djurgården this season, says Marcus Danielson to SVT Sport.
The new acquisition with hopes of success
At 0-3 in the 87th minute, new signing Tokmac Nguen sent in the home team’s first reduction. Two minutes later he scored again.
– It felt good. Nice to play football again, it’s been many months since the last time. I wanted to show myself, says Nguen, who was recruited from Hungarian Ferencvaros.
3–3 was then sent in by team captain Danielson in the 94th minute, after a controversial penalty situation.
– It is not a punishment. It touches the chest and the arm is next to the body. It’s a shame that it affects us at the end, says Adam Lundkvist.
Judge expert Jonas Eriksson is doubtful about the verdict.
– If you are not one hundred percent sure, you do not go in and make such a decision, says Eriksson in the Football studio.
Scored a goal against the previous team
Heavy lead for Häcken, who had bids for significantly more goals at 3-0. The away team’s first goal was scored by former Dif player Edward Chilufya.
– It was a really good goal. Good pressing game from my side, says Chilufya.
The Hisings team also had new signings who netted in the match. Julius Lindberg, from Gais, and Zeidane Inoussa, from BP, both scored a goal in the match.
At the same time, Sirius won away to Kalmar with 2–1, after two late goals from Yousef Salech. This means that the Uppsala team has taken six points in the opening two games this season.
In Borås, Gais took the first Allsvenskan victory since 2012, after the team defeated IFK Värnamo 2–1.
