History of the Kairat club
Football club Kairat was founded in 1954 in Almaty (Kazakhstan) and named after the desert region of Kairat, which is located on the territory of Kazakhstan. The club plays home matches at the Kairat stadium in Almaty, which has a capacity of 25,057 spectators.
