Inter Milan have protected second place in Serie A, in the absence of a game to end their season, after submitting to Naples on Tuesday (2-0), while Atalanta signed a comeback in Parma (1-2 ) in the matches that opened the penultimate round of the Italian championship.
Two of the two applicants for second place in the final standings won their respective matches and will play it in their direct duel on the last day in Bergamo, where Inter will come with a point advantage and will earn him a draw to become runner-up , provided that Lazio does not win the two remaining games.
