Football live on free TV: What’s on ARD, ZDF and Co.?

There are a few ways to watch football live on German free TV. ARD and ZDF occasionally show selected games from the DFB Cup as well as international matches of the German men’s and women’s national teams. During major tournaments such as the World Cup and European Championships, these channels are also a contact point for fans to watch all the German national teams’ games free of charge.
