Football brace for carriers. Fans are trying to get to Budapest, Ryanair has added a flight

Places in vehicles to Hungary are rapidly disappearing.

The progress of the Czech football team to the eighth finals of the European Championship will also bring success to the carriers on the connection from the Czech Republic to Budapest. Vacancies on Sundays are filling up quickly on trains, buses and planes.

For example, with RegioJet, there are about 150 free seats on the train connection at the time of writing, even after the trains are reinforced in the direction of Budapest, only five on the first connection. RegioJet runs a direct train to Budapest three times a day. Tickets are also disappearing fast at Czech Railways. For the first morning train to Budapest, the ticket price has already risen to 1,761 crowns. FlixBus also has a vacancy on its bus.

Currently only Ryanair flies to Budapest from Prague. In response to demand, he added another couple of flights on this route, on Sunday at 9:10 from Prague and on Monday back at 17:10. For Ryanair, with its dynamic pricing, this is an opportunity to sell tickets at now unusually high prices: while Sunday flights to Budapest sell for CZK 999 one way, the earlier return flight is on sale for almost seven thousand crowns. Even so, at the time of publication of this text it is possible to combine a ticket for the price of 1998 CZK.

The eight-final match of the Czech football players with the Dutch will start on Sunday at 18:00. In the case of advancing to the quarterfinals, the Czechia would play another match in Baku, Azerbaijan.
