Libreville, Thursday, March 30, 2023 (Infos Gabon) – The two structures have just signed a new agreement aimed at developing a spirit of solidarity in the fight against female cancers through these competitions.
The Sylvia Bongo Ondimba Foundation, represented by Simone Mensah, its vice-president, and the company Everest Media, led by Sébastien Bottari, its managing director, are once again bound by an agreement in terms of foot races organized in Gabon. Through this agreement, the two structures are committed to the fight against women’s cancers and to developing a national spirit of solidarity initiated by the Foundation. Each of the parties intends to play a major role against this scourge to which the fairer sex is exposed.
“La Gabonaise”, a race organized since 2013 in Libreville on the eve of the Gabon Marathon, and for which all registrations are donated to the Foundation, the registration fees for the “10 kilometers of Port-Gentil” and “10 Kilometers de Franceville”, two other events organized by Everest Media, will be entirely donated to the Sylvia Bongo Ondimba Foundation for the Family. In order to allow the latter to carry out the fight against female cancers.
On the occasion of the “10 kilometers from Port-Gentil” scheduled for Saturday April 8, 2023, the Pink Village erected by the Sylvia Bongo Ondimba Foundation for the Family will serve as a framework for screening local populations for three days.
