“Food hygiene and safety in the workplace”, the seminar in Termoli

TERMOLI. Thursday November 21, 2024 at l’Municipal auditorium of Termoli the event “Food hygiene and safety in the workplace: how much do they impact businesses?” will take place.

It’s a free seminar organized by Studio Consa of Termoli (which deals with food safety and health and safety in the workplace) and in partnership with Confesercenti Termoli.

The seminar proposal was born from the desire to activate a dialogue with institutions and supervisory bodies on possible solutions all problems of companies regarding the obligations on food safety and workplace safetywhich are constantly being updated and require continuous attention.

Who will be present

Institutions and supervisory bodies including:

-NAS carabinieri of Campobasso (commander Mario di Vito)

-Municipality of Termoli Department of productive activities (Councilor lawyer Michele Cocomazzi)

-Asrem prevention department veterinary service (dr. Antonio Marzoli)

Topics covered

Recurring questions in the daily work of local companies and beyond, to be asked to control bodies and institutions, such as: “How to store food safely or establish its duration?” Or “How apply safety at work in a simple way in the company?”.

The event will also be an opportunity for reflect on the proposal to revise some aspects of the hygiene and food and drink administration regulations of the Municipality of Termoli; in fact, we will try to harmonize some structural requirements of the preparation, administration and/or sale of food and drinks, which are often difficult to interpret or apply who must open, renovate or request changes to the authorizations of a public establishment.

The event, sponsored by the Municipality of Termoli, is aimed at:

-All food companies (production, administration and sale of food)

-All companies that must comply with safety regulations in the workplace

-Professionals who support companies in fulfilling their obligations (engineers, architects, surveyors, accountants, interior designers).
