Following traces of blood, in Rouen, police officers arrest car breakers

A resting gendarme hears noise in the rue d’Amiens in Rouen (Seine-Maritime), Tuesday January 5, 2021, around 11:30 pm: 17 cars were degraded, in particular with regard to the mirrors, Amiens street and Lyons-la-Forêt road.

Three 19-year-old men arrested

The gendarme at rest then calls the police, who goes there and begins to track down the criminals thanks to traces of blood. The police follow them to the parking lot of the University Hospital Center (CHU) in Rouen, then in a building hall and in front of an apartment, located on the fourth floor.

Three young men, aged 19, were then arrested on the landing and taken to the police station.
