WARTAKOTALIVE.COM, JAKARTA – Various marching choreography presented in the Marching Competition (LBB) tournament for high school and junior high school students in Jabodetabek and Karawang which was held by SMAN 1 Bekasi.
As many as 60 participants from high school and junior high schools throughout Jabodetabek and Karawang performed their choreography in front of the jury, audience and invited guests, Saturday (5/8/2023).
There was one participant who was in the spotlight and they were the Flag Raising Troops (Paskibra) Team, Command 12.

The action of the SMPN 12 Bekasi representative team, which included cultural elements in their choreography, drew admiration and applause from the audience.
Under the guidance of Kika Widyandri, Commando 12 troops performed beautifully with a variety of formations that were delivered perfectly and a variety of movements featuring dances and songs of the Pasundan culture.
“Our Paskibra team does not only show movement, but also culture,” said Kika Widyandri, Wednesday (9/8/2023).

“Not only movements but also dances, and we performed folk songs, there were a few dances, formation variations, and also knowledge of the history of Pasundan,” he continued.
Kika Widyandri deliberately included cultural elements in the Paskibra movement.
The goal is to introduce a variety of cultures in Indonesia through the art of marching.

“Now almost all movements are not only in accordance with the formation, but also inserted into culture, dance and singing,” he said.
“People can be curious, what will Command 12 show that is different from their previous performances,” said Kika.
Command 12 consists of Tabina Shula Abnahara, Hafidz Nur Fadillah, Jihan Amirah Daulay, Nadia Salsabila Wibowo, and Humaira Zora Athalia.

There are also Rachel IP, Bintang Putra, Gebby Siti Salwah, Ainaya Falisha, Alitta Vidya Vasthi Asali, and Mahendra Ramadhaffa, Ayrin Aprillia Anwar, Annisa Nur Haniah, Ratu Syaakirah Khairunnisa, Calvin Dio Apriliano and Panji Fergiawan Yahya.
All members are still in grades 8 and 9 of SMPN 12 Bekasi.
