A 102-calendar year-outdated Indian man from Gandhara village in Rohtak, India, went out in a mock marriage procession to prove he was alive right after the Haryana state govt declared his dying on papers and canceled his pension.

The guy named Dolly Chand goes to government workplaces day-to-day to get his pension for the previous 6 months, which has been suspended because March 2022.

“He wore the groom’s robes to show the Haryana authorities that he is alive,” Dulishand stated whilst driving a wedding carriage, according to hindustantimes.

He continued: “I had all my files but I never know why my pension was minimize, I want to tell the authorities that I am alive, I experienced no way of protesting other than this ploy.”

Social worker Naveen Gehind, who was among the dozen men and women who joined the fake marriage, said she heard about the situation and made the decision to aid him, and that there are pretty couple of men and women her age alive.
