Bisnis.com, JAKARTA – Three issuers on the Indonesia Stock Exchange are preparing to issue an interim dividend bonus in January 2022 with a total of IDR 1.71 trillion. This dividend follows ADRO, which became a cumdate closing issuer in 2020 with an amount equivalent to IDR 5 trillion.
Most recently, the issuer that will distribute bonus dividends in early 2022 is the chemical distribution company PT Lautan Luas Tbk. (LTLS).
In the company’s announcement in Bisnis Indonesia today, Wednesday (29/12/2021), LTLS will distribute an interim dividend of Rp. 20 per share. With the number of outstanding shares of 1.56 billion shares and deducting treasury share rights, the amount of dividends distributed by LTLS is Rp. 31 billion.
The cum date schedule in the regular market and negotiations is set for January 7, 2022. Meanwhile, payments to investors’ accounts will be made on January 21, 2022.
LTLS share price at the close of trading on Tuesday (28/12/2021) was IDR 700 per share. With this price level, the dividend yield offered is 2.85 percent.
“The interim dividend will be distributed to the company’s shareholders whose names are recorded in the shareholder register (recording date) on January 11, 2022 until 16.00 WIB,” the management wrote.
