JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – The Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) in collaboration with the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce ( Woman) and Development Institutions Services National Construction (LPJKN) and Indonesian Beton held the Indonesia Infrastructure Week 2020 exhibition.

PUPR Minister Basuki Hadimuljono officially opened the event at the PUPR Ministry Building, Jakarta, Tuesday (11/24/2020).

Indonesia Infrastructure Week 2020 takes the theme of construction services innovation in encouraging national economic recovery.

This exhibition was held from 24 November 2020 to 3 December 2020 and was attended by participants from within and outside the country.

There were 1,500 participants from 40 company exhibitors from BUMN Karya, local and international material companies and construction equipment companies.

The international companies present were from Germany, Canada and the Netherlands. They offer a piping system, integrated industrial estate, and digital asset management.

In addition to the exhibition, there are a series of seminars that will discuss various innovations at each stage of the implementation of construction and digitization of construction services.

Meanwhile, Chairman of Kadin Rosan Roeslani hopes that holding this event can strengthen and enhance sustainable infrastructure development in Indonesia.

“In accordance with the theme of our activities, we from Kadin are trying to encourage business actors in the construction and infrastructure sectors to innovate in construction services by utilizing digital technology,” said Rosan.
