The kick off of the 2023 Intercontinental GT Challenge season will be given with the 12 Hours of Bathurst! The famous Australian Endurance race, contested on the friendly Mount Panorama circuit, is celebrating its 20th edition since its creation in 1991. The big names in GT are present for the occasion: Dani Juncadella, Jules Gounon, Matt Campbell, Maro Engel , Mathieu Jaminet and Raffaele Marciello will be at the start of the biggest Endurance race in Oceania on Saturday.
The Mercedes-AMG #999 of the GruppeM team will start from pole position after Maro Engel’s record time in qualifying. The start of the 12 Hours of Bathurst will be given at 7:45 p.m. French time (Sunday, 5:45 a.m. local time).
