Since folk singer Marco Schuitmaker scored a mega hit with his song last year Guardian Angel he can no longer walk the streets anonymously. “My life has completely changed in a year,” he tells it ANP.
“I can no longer walk on the street without being approached, taking photos with fans or having a chat with people. It’s just part of it,” says 24-year-old Schuitmaker.
“If I can make those people happy with that, I will do it with all my love. Have you gotten used to it yet? Well, it works this way day in and day out now, but you never really get used to it,” says Schuitmaker.
The singer is now working behind the scenes on his next album, which should be released this year. “We are busy working on it, but something can always go wrong. However, it is certain that the album will come. We just don’t know the exact date yet.”
