Journalist Helen Lewis was featured on Watch Dogs Legion as a voice actor. However, her contribution has been removed from the game, Ubisoft has announced. The reason is one controversy that had arisen around her views on gender identity. Lewis questions the way in which a person can define their own gender identity. According to her, you can never again tell someone else that you cannot enter the other person’s dressing room, for example, when he / she indicates that he / she feels different.
According to some, Lewis is a transphobic, although she herself denies this in all keys. Ubisoft doesn’t like it all and has decided to remove Lewis completely from the game and her contribution will be recorded again.
