The communication and events agency, Focus YaKou and its partners announce the holding of the second edition of FESMA (Festival international la Marmite), after the success of the first in 2022. This gastronomic event will be held this year from April 26 to May 9, 2023 on the site of the Togolese Center for Exhibitions and Fairs (CETEF), at Togo2000 under the high patronage of the President of the Republic Faure Gnassingbé.
The 2023 edition will focus on a major topical issue, precisely the hunger that threatens in several areas of planet earth. Thus, the theme chosen for this edition is: cooking and the SDGs: rethinking the culture, sharing and consumption of food».

FESMA 2023 will be marked by several activities including a Culinary Fair and exhibitions open to the general public; an Agriculture, Livestock and Fishing Fair; a Colloquium which will bring together different actors of the agricultural chain and academics.
The event will be attended by around fifty Togolese and foreign chefs. Nearly 200 exhibitors including cooks, restaurateurs, hoteliers, producers, processors, distributors, industrialists, etc. and more than 50 institutions (ministries, administrations, technical and financial partners, investors, etc.) will also take part in this gastronomic event. And more than 50,000 visitors are expected at this second edition of FESMA.
This new edition will be officially launched on Tuesday February 21, 2023 in Kara during a press conference.
