On Tuesday, the Zurich public prosecutor brought charges against the Geneva real estate entrepreneur and art collector Stéphane Barbier-Mueller in the Pierin Vincenz case. He will have to defend himself in court on charges of aiding and abetting fraud and misconduct. He is said to have helped the two main accused, the former Raiffeisen boss and Aduno president Vincenz and the former Aduno boss and board member Beat Stocker, to secretly benefit from a deal with the Geneva credit company Genève Credit & Leasing (GCL).
